Delivered 3 days late with no warning. The video did not match the brief at all — wrong style, repeated scenes, unwanted additions not in the script. Provided a complete Brand Bible, all assets, and detailed instructions. None of it was respected. Lost 10 days on this project. Would not recommend for professional work.
