I will help migrate your existing emails and folders, set up your email DNS records, and test sending and receiving after the move.
I am a Level 2 seller with experience fixing email, DNS and server issues. I will check your current setup and explain what is needed before we start.

What do you need before starting?
Please send your current email provider, destination platform, number of mailboxes and total data size. I will check your setup and confirm the access needed before we start. Please do not send passwords in your first message.
Can you move emails to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
Yes. This gig covers email migration to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Please tell me your current provider first so I can confirm the migration method and what can be transferred.
Will my email stop working during migration?
I will plan the transfer and DNS changes to reduce disruption. Some setups may need a short changeover period. I will explain what to expect before starting; zero downtime cannot be guaranteed for every setup.
Do you set up MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records?
Yes. I will set up or check the email DNS records needed for your destination platform and test sending and receiving after migration. This covers the domain used for the agreed migration.
Are contacts, calendars and files included?
The packages cover email migration. Contacts, calendars, files, SharePoint and shared mailbox permissions are not included unless we agree on them separately before ordering.
How long does migration take?
Delivery depends on your package, mailbox size, current provider and access. I will confirm the timeline after checking your setup. If you need faster delivery, please message me first so I can check whether it is possible.
Do I need to buy Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
Yes, you need the required active accounts or subscriptions for your chosen platform. Subscription fees and any paid migration tools are not included in my service price. I will confirm any required tools before we start.
What if I have more mailboxes or data than the package includes?
Please send the mailbox count and total data size before ordering. I will help you choose a suitable package, extra or custom offer. The agreed data limit is the total across all included mailboxes, not a separate limit for each one.
