Do I need a paid Make.com or Zapier plan?
It depends on your workflow complexity and volume. Make.com's free plan covers simple automations. I'll review your needs before the order and recommend the most cost-effective plan — most clients need less than $10/month in tool costs.
Which CRMs do you work with?
HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Airtable, Notion, Zoho, Pipedrive, and ActiveCampaign. If you use a different CRM, message me first — if Make.com or Zapier has a connector for it, I can almost certainly automate it.
What happens if the automation breaks after delivery?
Standard and Premium packages include 7–14 days of free post-delivery support. If something breaks due to my build (not platform-side changes), I fix it at zero extra cost. I also deliver with a Loom walkthrough so you can manage small edits yourself.
Will I own the automation, or do I pay you monthly?
You own it fully. Everything is built inside YOUR Make.com or Zapier account. No recurring fees to me — only the tool's own subscription if applicable. The monthly maintenance extra is fully optional.
