About me
I'm a PhD student in Food Science with experience in food microbiology, food safety, food processing and products formulations & design. Thanks to my academic background, I like to see to the task from different perspective and point of view, always conducting a SWAT analysis and trying tofind the most balanced solution.
I participated in the design of academic and buisiness projects and plans both in the short and long term.
