What border types can you digitize?
Merrowed (overlock) borders are standard; I can also set up laser-cut borders — tell me which your manufacturer uses.
Which formats do you deliver?
DST, PES, JEF, EXP, VP3, XXX and 20+ more.
Does backing type (velcro / iron-on / sew-on) change the file?
The stitch file stays the same; backing is a manufacturing step. Mention it and I'll include it in the production notes (Premium).
What's the smallest text you can do on a patch?
Small lettering needs care — send the artwork and I'll tell you honestly what's readable at your patch size.
