No. Looker Studio is free. BigQuery may have usage costs on your Google Cloud account, usually low for small datasets.
3. Who owns the dashboard?
You do. I deliver it in your Google account or transfer ownership at the end.
4. Can you fix or improve an existing dashboard?

5. What if my data is messy?
