Do you write or edit the manuscript content?
No. This is a pure formatting service. Your content must be finalised before ordering. I format structure, layout, figures, tables, and references only. I do not write, rewrite, or language-edit your manuscript.
Which publishers and journals do you support?
I format for Elsevier, Wiley, Springer, SAGE, BMJ, IEEE, MDPI, Taylor & Francis, and independent journals. Send me the journal name or author guidelines PDF and I'll match their requirements exactly.
What if my journal has its own Word template?
Send me the journal's Word template and I'll format your manuscript directly within it. I also do manual formatting if no template is provided, following the journal's author guidelines precisely.
Are references included in the formatting?
Yes. Reference list formatting per your journal's required citation style is included in all packages. In-text citation consistency checks are included in Standard and Premium packages.
Can you reformat for a different journal after rejection?
If your paper was rejected and you're resubmitting elsewhere, I'll reformat the entire manuscript (layout, structure, and references) to match the new journal's guidelines. Message me to confirm scope.
Is a cover letter included?
A cover letter template tailored to your journal and manuscript is included in the Premium package. It can be added as a paid extra on Basic and Standard orders. Message me before ordering to discuss.
