What do you need from me to get started?
Send me your agency's services, target industries, and any branding you have (logo, colors). If you already have job listings or candidate content, share that too so I can plan the structure around it.
Can you set up a job board where employers post listings and candidates apply?
Yes, on the Premium package. I build a full job listings engine with an application workflow, plus separate CTAs and intake forms for candidates and employers.
Can candidates upload resumes or CVs through the site?
Yes. I set up a resume or CV upload field as part of the candidate application form, so applications arrive with everything you need to screen them.
Do you set up email notifications for new applications or inquiries?
Yes, on Standard and Premium. When a candidate applies or an employer submits an inquiry, you get notified automatically so nothing sits unseen.
Can employers pay to post a job listing?
Yes, on Premium. I can add payment integration so employers pay per listing or on a subscription, depending on how you want to monetize the job board.
Will the site work on mobile?
Every site is fully tested on mobile, tablet, and desktop before delivery. Mobile responsiveness is built in from the start, not added as an afterthought.
Do I need hosting and a domain?
You own the hosting and domain, not me. I handle full setup and configuration as part of Standard and Premium. Basic buyers get guidance on picking a reliable option.
Can I manage the site myself after delivery?
Yes. Every delivery includes a walkthrough so you can update content, manage listings, and handle applications confidently. You won't need a developer for day-to-day changes.
What if I need changes after the project is done?
Revision rounds are included in every package, 2 for Basic, 5 for Standard, 9 for Premium. Premium also includes 14 days of post-launch support.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance after the project (updates, backups, security)?
Not included by default, but I offer maintenance plans for clients who want updates, backups, and security monitoring handled after launch. Ask me and I'll share the options.
