During my freelance work, I had the opportunity to help clients set up and improve their online course platforms using Thinkific, Teachable, and Podia. One of my main responsibilities was helping course creators organize their lessons, upload learning materials, and structure their course pages so students could easily follow the learning process. I also worked on customizing website layouts, creating course landing pages, and setting up enrollment and checkout features. Some projects required improving existing course websites, fixing layout issues, and making the pages easier to navigate on mobile devices. Through these projects, I learned how important it is to understand each client's goals before starting work. I communicated with clients to gather their requirements, reviewed their course materials, and made adjustments based on their feedback. This experience helped me improve my website setup skills, attention to detail, and ability to solve common problems faced by online course creators. My goal has always been to deliver a professional, user-friendly platform that makes managing courses easier and gives students a better learning experience.
