I will create a financial model with 3 statement projections and scenarios
About this Gig
Need financial projections that hold up when an investor, a bank or your partner looks at them?
I'm a finance manager. I build Excel financial models that tie out: the balance sheet balances, the cash flow reconciles to cash, and every assumption sits on one clear input sheet.
What you get:
- Assumptions sheet: drivers for revenue, costs, headcount, capex, financing
- Projected income statement, balance sheet and cash flow (monthly and/or annual)
- Built-in checks so you see immediately if something doesn't tie
- Scenarios (base, upside, downside) switchable from one cell
- Key metrics: margins, break-even, runway, payback, DSCR
- Valuation (DCF) and an investor/lender summary page (Premium)
Good for:
- Startups preparing a pitch or fundraising
- Small businesses applying for a loan
- Annual budgets and 12-month cash flow forecasts
- Buying or selling a small business
Formulas only, no hardcoded numbers: you can change any assumption and the whole model updates. English or Spanish; any currency.
Message me with your business type and what the model is for, and I'll recommend the right package.
FAQ
I'm a startup with no history. Can you still build the model?
Yes. We build it from drivers (prices, customers, conversion, costs). I'll send you a short questionnaire and suggest benchmarks where you don't have data.
Will you write my assumptions?
I help you define them and point out the ones that look unrealistic, but the business assumptions are yours. That's what makes the model credible.
Can I edit the model later?
Yes. Everything is driven from the assumptions sheet with live formulas, no macros and no hardcoded numbers.
Does this guarantee I'll get funding or a loan?
No one can guarantee that. I guarantee a model that is consistent, transparent and easy to defend.
Can you include a valuation?
Premium includes a DCF valuation with a WACC and terminal value you can adjust. For small owner-operated businesses I can also show an SDE-based view.
Excel or Google Sheets?
Built in Excel. It can be uploaded to Google Sheets, but some features may need adjusting. Ask me first if you need Sheets.
