At DigitalScript Documentation Services, I worked as a Document Conversion and Formatting Specialist, assisting businesses, authors and professionals with transforming non editable documents into fully structured and editable formats. My responsibilities included converting PDF files, scanned documents, and image based files into accurate Microsoft Word and Excel documents while maintaining the original layout and formatting. I also recreated tables, charts, and structured sections to ensure the converted files remained clean, organized and easy to edit. In addition, I handled handwritten document transcription, corrected formatting inconsistencies, and ensured all converted documents met professional documentation standards. My work helped clients streamline their workflow by providing well formatted, editable files that were ready for further editing, publishing or business use.
