Yes, website design for new stores is included too, not just redesigns of existing ones. Just pick the package that matches how many pages you need.
Do you handle product upload as part of the package?
Product upload isn't included by default in Basic or Standard, but I can add it as an extra if you want me to list your products during setup.
Do you offer ongoing website development after the store launches?
