I solve physics and engineering problems numerically in Python, and I check the results against references instead of just plotting something that looks plausible.


What I can model: ODE and PDE systems (heat, diffusion, wave, drift-diffusion), Monte Carlo simulations and uncertainty analysis, optics and wave propagation, semiconductor and electrochemical device physics, mechanics and dynamics, parameter sweeps and optimization.


My background: physicist and scientific software developer. I built an open-source optics simulation add-on (published on PyPI and Zenodo) and a materials and semiconductor simulation package whose solver is cross-checked against an independent reference solver.
