Will I get a video, or just a written report?
Every package includes recorded walkthroughs with voice commentary. Standard and Premium add a written problem list, and Premium adds a full report.
Are you testing with a group of real users?
No. I test as a single, careful first-time user and record my reactions. If you need a recruited panel of target users, that’s a different kind of service, and I’ll tell you honestly if that fits your goal better.
Which tasks do you test?
You choose. Common ones are signup, onboarding, search, checkout, booking, and contact flows. Tell me which one matters most.
Do you test both websites and apps?
Yes. Basic and Standard cover one platform, and Premium covers both a website and an app.
Can you test an app that isn’t published yet?
Yes, send a TestFlight link, APK, or staging URL and I’ll test it the same way.
Do you fix the problems you find?
No, this gig covers testing and findings only. If you want fixes built too, message me and I can quote that separately.
Is this the same as your QA and bug testing gig?
No. That gig focuses on functional bugs and annotated reports. This one is task-based usability testing, built around recorded walkthroughs of where a new user gets stuck.
