Project: Flowly Development: Claude Code Stack: Next.js · React · TypeScript · Tailwind CSS · Node.js · Express · MongoDB · REST APIs Overview Built Flowly, a full-stack AI SaaS platform designed around collaboration and project management. The application was developed from the ground up using Claude Code as a development tool, with AI-assisted implementation combined with hands-on testing, debugging, code review, and refactoring. Rather than building a simple AI chatbot or wrapper, Flowly connects a complete frontend, backend, database, authentication system, APIs, and AI functionality into a working SaaS application. What I Built Developed the frontend using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS Built backend services and API functionality with Node.js and Express Designed and integrated MongoDB for application data Implemented authentication and user-management flows Connected frontend, backend, database, and AI functionality Built REST API integrations and application data flows Managed application state, errors, validation, and edge cases Debugged issues across the full application stack Refactored and improved AI-generated code for reliability and maintainability Tested features and workflows to ensure the application behaved correctly Claude Code Development Claude Code was used throughout the development process to accelerate implementation, explore solutions, generate and modify code, debug issues, and iterate on features. The development process was not simply accepting AI-generated code. I reviewed implementations, tested functionality, identified issues, corrected errors, and refactored code where necessary to turn AI-assisted output into a functioning full-stack application. Business / Technical Value Flowly demonstrates the ability to take an application idea and turn it into a working full-stack SaaS product using modern AI-assisted development workflows.

Swiss SME AI Backoffice Agent

Client: Swiss building-tech / insulation trade business Tool Stack: Claude AI, PDF processing, custom AI dashboard, QR-bill generation What was built (in progress): A sophisticated AI backoffice agent dashboard that automates the entire quote-to-invoice workflow for a Swiss trade business. The system imports PDF tenders, uses Claude AI to extract NPK line items (Swiss construction cost structure), compares extracted items against a price catalog with hallucination guardrails (so no invented prices ever enter a quote), routes through a human approval step, then generates Swiss-compliant quotes and QR-bills (SIA standards, 8.1% VAT). Key Technical Challenges Solved: PDF extraction of structured construction cost line items (NPK format) Hallucination guardrails Claude only outputs prices that exist in the catalog Swiss compliance SIA construction standards + correct VAT + QR-bill payment format Business Value Delivered: A trade business that previously spent hours manually quoting from PDF tenders now has an AI agent that reads the tender, builds the quote, and generates a compliant invoice — with a human just reviewing and approving. Massive time savings on every job.
