FAQ
Can you adapt my novel into a screenplay?
Yes that's a big part of what I do. Send the book or outline and I'll tell you honestly what translates to screen and what needs reworking. Adaptation isn't copy-paste; some scenes just don't work on film.
I only have an idea, not a full script can you help?
Yes. Many clients start with just a concept or rough outline. I can build it out with you or write a first draft from a briefing.
What format will the script be in?
Standard industry screenplay format, Final Draft/Fountain-compatible. If you need a specific house style (contest, production co.), just let me know.
How long does a feature screenplay take?
Depends on length and how developed the source is budget a few weeks for a first draft plus revision time. I'll confirm a timeline once I know the scope.
What genres do you write?
Pretty much all of them. Happy to hear your project before you commit to an order.
What do you need from me to start?
Your source material (novel, outline, or pitch) plus notes on tone or comparables. More direction means a first draft closer to your vision.
