I will create an editable airbnb guest book and welcome guide
Emma G
About this gig
Need a professional Airbnb welcome book that keeps guests informed and makes your vacation rental feel more welcoming?
I will design an editable Airbnb welcome book, vacation rental guest guide, or house manual tailored to your property's style and needs.
A disorganized guest guide can leave visitors confused about check-in, Wi-Fi, house rules, amenities, and checkout. My goal is to organize your information into a clear, attractive guide that guests can easily read on their phone or use as a printed reference.
YOUR GUIDE CAN INCLUDE:
Welcome message and property information
Check-in and checkout instructions
Wi-Fi details and house rules
Amenities and appliance instructions
Parking, safety and emergency contacts
Local restaurants, attractions and recommendations
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:
Custom, professional page layouts
Editable Canva template
High-quality PDF for digital sharing or printing
Design matched to your brand or property style
Perfect for Airbnb hosts, VRBO hosts, vacation rental owners, and property managers.
Please provide your property details and content before ordering. Local research and copywriting can be discussed separately.
Delivery style preference
Please inform the freelancer of any preferences or concerns regarding the use of AI tools in the completion and/or delivery of your order.

FAQ
1: What information do you need to get started?
I need your property details, welcome message, check-in and checkout instructions, house rules, Wi-Fi information, photos, and branding if available. If some details are missing, message me before ordering so we can agree on the scope.
2: Will I be able to edit the welcome book myself?
Yes. My packages include an editable Canva template link, allowing you to update text, replace photos, and adjust suitable design elements. You will also receive a PDF version.
3: Can you design a guide for VRBO or other vacation rentals?
Yes. I can create welcome books and guest guides for Airbnb, VRBO, holiday homes, cabins, villas, apartments, and other short-term rental properties.
4: Can you write the content and research local attractions for me?
My standard service focuses on organizing and designing the information you provide. Copywriting and detailed local research can be arranged as additional services. Please message me before ordering if you need these.
5: Can I request extra pages or a different design style?
Yes. I can customize the layout to match your property, brand colors, and preferred style. Additional pages and major changes beyond the selected package may require an extra charge or custom offer.
