You need a carrier board that actually works with your CM4 or CM5 not a generic breakout, not a copy of the official IO board, but something built exactly around your product, your enclosure, and your required interfaces.

That is the only kind of board I build here.

The CM4 and CM5 compute modules are incredible pieces of hardware but designing a carrier for them is a completely different challenge from regular PCB work. The dual 100-pin high-density connectors, the USB 3.0 and PCIe differential pairs, the Ethernet magnetics placement, the HDMI trace length matching every one of these has to be right or the board simply will not work reliably.
