FAQ
Will your automation work on both Mac and Windows?
Excel VBA works differently on Mac. Most of my advanced automations are optimized for Windows. If you are a Mac user, please message me first so I can confirm if the specific library or feature you need is supported on your OS.
Can you automate recurring reports?
Absolutely. I can implement Power Query, VBA, or structured formulas to reduce manual reporting work.
What if I accidentally "break" the file after delivery?
I build with "User Error" in mind. I use Data Validation and protected sheets to ensure users only touch what they should. Plus, I provide a video walkthrough of your file so you and your team know exactly how to operate it safely.
Can you automate data from external sources like websites or CSVs?
Absolutely. I use Power Query (ETL) and VBA to pull, clean, and consolidate data from folder paths, websites, or external databases. Your dashboard will update with a single click whenever your source data changes.
Can you fix or upgrade a messy Excel file I already have?
Yes! I specialize in "Excel Makeovers." I can take your current, slow-moving file, optimize the formulas, clean the backend, and add the automation needed to make it run like new.
6. Do you offer support if I find a bug later?
I take pride in my 900+ project track record. If you find a technical bug in the logic I created, I will fix it free of charge even after the order is closed. Your satisfaction and a working tool are my top priorities
