What if the AI agent does not sound natural?
I use production-grade voice models tuned for natural pacing and tone. You hear a sample before delivery. If it does not sound right, I adjust it. Premium includes voice tuning for your brand.
Can the agent transfer calls to a human?
Yes. Warm transfer is built into Standard and Premium. The agent qualifies the caller, then routes to your team with full context. Basic supports cold transfer on request.
How do you handle call recording compliance?
I build in consent announcements and comply with TCPA and GDPR requirements. All recordings are stored on your infrastructure, not mine. You control retention and access.
What happens if the AI does not understand the caller?
The agent asks a clarifying question up to two times, then falls back to your chosen action: transfer to human, take a message, or schedule a callback. No dead air.
Do I need my own phone number?
You can use your existing number, or I provision a new one through the voice platform. Both options work. I will confirm the setup before starting your build.
