promised to fix excel layouts and scrolling issues, but most files remain broken. claimed work was finished before it was ready. then made excuses instead of delivering. slow progress no accountability, and head to negotiate a refund for unfinished work.

Nothing much changed with the revision of the website. I had to create my own post for ad, i was expecting him to do professional and engaging video post. Didn't get the results I expected from running an ad. For example, I thought the payment for ad was included with the gig cost.
