No. This is for your own self.
Can I work on 5 different behaviours or thoughts or feelings in one session?
No. Choose one which you would like to prioritise and address. For e.g if you have anger and anxiety, you need to choose which one to work on. What you choose may positively impact the other issues too but that is not always certain. If you can't choose one, you can book additional sessions.
