You own 100% of the commercial rights for the final video. Layered After Effects source files and Figma assets are included in the Premium package.
Can you deliver vertical or square formats for social ads?
Yes. The default delivery is 16:9 landscape. I offer 9:16 vertical and 1:1 square formats as gig extras at checkout.
What assets do I need to provide?
I need a link to your product/website, brand guidelines (logo, colors, fonts), and a list of the key features or flows you want to highlight.
Do you sign NDAs for confidential B2B data?
Yes. All product files, screenshots, and dashboards are treated with strict confidentiality. I sign standard NDAs upon request.
How do you handle voiceovers?
Standard and Premium packages include premium AI voice models with professional audio mastering. If you prefer a real human voice actor, we can coordinate that as a custom extra.
How does the revision process work?
I use a gate-based sign-off: we lock in the script and storyboard before starting the animation phase. This prevents design misunderstandings and guarantees on-time delivery.
What's your communication turnaround?
I reply within a few hours, Monday–Saturday. You'll get a status update at script approval, storyboard approval, and again 24 hours before delivery, no radio silence.
Do you use templates or stock footage?
No. Every video is built custom from your product mockups or Figma files. I reconstruct your UI into clean vectors to ensure your video looks unique and matches your branding perfectly.
What if my product is still pre-launch or in Figma?
That is our specialty! I can work directly from your Figma links, wireframes, or product design exports to build a fluid, live-looking product demo.
