What's the minimum ad spend I should be at before working with you?
I'd recommend at least $3,000/month in combined ad spend across Meta and Google. Below that, the data is too thin to build a meaningful dual-platform strategy from. If you're not there yet, focus on one channel first and come back when you're ready to scale.
Do you guarantee results or a specific ROAS?
No, and be cautious of anyone who does. I build the right structure, targeting logic, and scaling framework. Your results depend on your creative, your offer, and your margins. I'll tell you honestly before we start if your numbers don't support profitable scaling.
Can you manage my ads on an ongoing basis?
Absolutely. The pro tier of this gig offers a 30 day management term. I also provide discounts for recurring clients which I recommend for better value.
Do you only work with AU/NZ brands?
No. I work with DTC ecommerce brands globally, but AU and NZ are my core market. I know the audience dynamics, seasonality, and platform nuances here well. US and UK brands are also welcome.
What do I need to have ready before we start?
Access to your Meta Business Manager, Google Ads account, and Shopify store (collaborator access). The more performance data you already have, the better the strategy I can build.
Why do you review the Shopify store as part of an ads strategy?
Because the ad account is rarely the only problem. If your landing page, offer, or checkout flow isn't converting, no amount of media buying will fix it. I look at the full funnel so the strategy I give you is actually actionable.
