BC-based Construction Estimator for drywall/GWB, steel stud framing, insulation, drop ceilings, ACT and bulkheads. I don't stop at quantities: every job comes back bid-ready, with material takeoff and waste, labour hours from productivity rates by boarding height, cartage, WCB, overhead and profit, and a final bid total you can submit.
