I work as an Architectural Designer and Permit Drawing Specialist, providing professional residential and commercial drafting services for homeowners, builders, contractors, real estate investors, and design clients. My work includes architectural permit drawings, floor plans, site plans, roof plans, elevations, sections, foundation plans, framing plans, structural drawing coordination, construction documentation, and 3D exterior visualization. I have completed a wide range of projects including single-story homes, two-story residential houses, luxury custom homes, covered patios, cabin structures, garage additions, home extensions, decks, porches, and remodeling permit sets. My focus is to create clean, accurate, and permit-ready drawing packages that help clients present their projects clearly for review, construction planning, contractor coordination, and city permit submission. My responsibilities include preparing CAD drawings, organizing complete permit sheets, developing floor plan layouts, creating roof and foundation drawings, drafting building elevations and sections, preparing door/window schedules, adding construction notes, coordinating drawing details, and producing realistic 3D renderings for client presentation. I also help clients convert sketches, PDFs, images, old plans, and design ideas into professional architectural drawings.
