HOW I WORK
Every part is built with a clean feature tree, so a change to material thickness, bend radius or a hole position updates the model instead of breaking it. Corner reliefs, bend deductions and minimum flange lengths are set for the material you are actually using.
I am a mechanical engineer, CSWA and CSWP certified by Dassault Systemes.

What do you need from me to start?
A sketch, photo or drawing with a few key dimensions. Hand drawn is fine. Tell me the material and thickness.
Will the flat pattern be correct for cutting?
Yes. Bend allowance and K-factor are applied for your material. The DXF is checked before delivery.
Do you provide the editable SolidWorks file?
Native files are included from Standard up. Basic includes STEP, DXF and a PDF drawing.
Can you work from a physical part?
Yes. Send photos from several angles plus the key measurements. Hole positions, overall size and thickness matter most.
What if the design cannot be manufactured?
I will tell you before starting and suggest a fix. You decide.
