Do you cover all four states mentioned?
Of course. I am actively licensed and provide PE stamped structural drawings in North Carolina, Arizona, Tennessee, and South Carolina. Message with your city and zip code if you want me to confirm coverage for your specific jurisdiction before ordering.
Can you stamp drawings I have already created?
Yes, that is the Basic package. Send me your existing drawings and I will review them for code compliance, make any necessary corrections, and apply the PE stamp. If significant revisions are needed, i will let you know before starting.
What structural projects do you handle?
Residential new builds, additions, renovations, decks, pergolas, patios, ADUs, garages, conversions, accessory structures, ans small commercial projects. If you have a project type not listed, message me before ordering to confirm I can take it on.
Are load calculations included?
Load calculations are included in the Premium package. For Basic and Standard, I perform the calculations needed to stamp and certify the drawings, but a standalone calculation report is a Premium deliverable. Add it as an extra if needed.
What if my building department requests revisions after submissions?
I include revisions in all packages and will address any plan check corrections from your building department at no additional charge. Simply send over the correction letter and I will turn it around as quickly as possible.
