Yes — the file is fully editable. You can change client names, item descriptions, quantities, prices, and tax rates on your own without any technical knowledge. I'll also include a short guide on how to use it.
What information do I need to provide before you start?
Please share: your business name, logo, address, contact info, tax rate (if applicable), currency, and any specific fields you want on the invoice (like PO number, bank details, terms, etc.).
Can you add my logo, business name, and colors?
Yes, absolutely. Just send me your logo file (PNG or JPG), your brand colors (or hex codes), and your business details when you place the order. Everything will be customized to match your brand.
Can you build something custom that isn't in the packages?
Yes! Message me with your requirements and I'll send a custom offer. I've built inventory trackers, billing dashboards, and multi-sheet systems. No project is too specific — just describe what you need.
What do you need from me before you start?
Your business name, address and contact details, your logo as PNG or JPG, your brand colours, your tax type and rate, your currency and date format, and any existing invoice you'd like me to match. Send these with your order and I can start straight away.
