What if I don't have an EagleView report?
I can still write the estimate from a Hover or Roof Scope report, or from your own measurements and photos. Message me first I'll tell you what I need. If you have nothing at all, I can recommend how to order a report.
Do you guarantee the insurance company will approve it?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. Carriers make their own decisions. What I guarantee is an accurate, code compliant estimate priced from the current Xactimate database, written the way adjusters expect to see it.
Can you put my company name and logo on it?
Yes, on Standard and Premium. Send your logo as PNG or JPG plus your business name, license number, address and phone.
Will I get the ESX file or just a PDF?
Standard and Premium include the ESX file so you can open and edit it in your own Xactimate. Basic is PDF only
How fast can you deliver?
Standard turnaround is 2 days. Choose the 24-hour extra if you're up against a deadline message me first to confirm I have capacity.
