If you need someone to go through your drawings and give you accurate quantities and costs before you start a project or submit a bid, that's what I do.

I work on MEP takeoffs HVAC, electrical, and plumbing using Revit, Planswift, and Bluebeam. I come from a civil engineering background, so reading drawings and pulling out exact quantities is something I've been trained to do carefully, not just quickly.

For smaller residential jobs, I can turn around a single-trade takeoff in a couple of days. For larger commercial projects, I put together a full package with a detailed Bill of Quantities, cost breakdown for labor and material, and marked-up drawings so you can see exactly where every number came from.
