What information do you need to begin?
Please provide the PCB STEP file or overall dimensions, component heights, connector positions, enclosure size, material, sheet thickness and reference sketches. Your fabricator’s bend radius, K-factor or bend deduction should also be shared when available.
How will the enclosure design process work?
Your files and requirements will first be reviewed. The enclosure will then be modelled around the PCB, components, ports and assembly method. After your review, the flat patterns, drawings and agreed manufacturing files will be prepared.
What do the included revisions cover?
Revisions cover reasonable dimensional, cutout and feature adjustments that remain within the original brief. A completely different enclosure concept, additional parts or major scope changes may require an extra or custom offer.
Will I receive editable source files?
Editable source files are included where stated in the selected package. Depending on the project, delivery may include SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor or AutoCAD files together with STEP, DXF and PDF formats. Please confirm your preferred software version before ordering.
Can you deliver quickly and keep my design confidential?
Delivery depends on the number of parts, cutouts and technical details. Simple parts may qualify for extra-fast delivery after review. All project information will be treated as confidential, and an NDA can be reviewed before the order begins.
