Perform complete structural analysis and design for reinforced concrete (RCC), steel, composite, and foundation systems. Design residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, industrial, institutional, and high-rise buildings. Prepare structural calculations in accordance with the latest Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), ACI, AISC, ASTM, and other relevant international standards. Develop structural framing systems, foundation layouts, column layouts, beam layouts, slab reinforcement details, retaining walls, staircases, shear walls, water tanks, and other structural components. Prepare complete structural construction drawings, reinforcement detailing, and bar bending schedules (BBS). Perform seismic and wind load analysis using appropriate engineering software. Design shallow and deep foundation systems based on geotechnical investigation reports. Coordinate structural designs with architectural, geotechnical, and survey teams. Review and verify structural drawings for compliance with engineering standards and project requirements. Prepare structural documents for submission to approval authorities including: RAJUK, CDA,CoxDA, KDA, RDA, City Corporations, Municipal Authorities and Other relevant government agencies in Bangladesh. Provide professional structural certification and sign engineering drawings where legally applicable. Support project teams during construction by providing technical clarifications and design modifications when required. Ensure quality, safety, economy, and constructability in all structural designs.
