FAQ
Does it work on Mac?
No. This is a Windows-only product (Windows 10/11 with desktop Microsoft Office). There is no Mac version.
Which Office versions are supported?
Desktop Office 2021 or Microsoft 365 on Windows. Email works via classic Outlook, Gmail/Google (Standard & Premium, via Google pack), or any IMAP email account - integrations are compatibility-checked first. The new Outlook is not supported.
Do I need coding skills or Python installed?
No. You get a one-click installer and a guided setup wizard. No coding, no terminal.
Is my data private?
The app runs on your PC and uses your own AI API key, so your data flows between your PC, the provider you choose, and any services you choose to connect (for example Telegram or Google) — never to me. Premium offers a fully local model for maximum privacy.
What will the AI itself cost me after purchase?
You pay your AI provider directly for usage with your own key, and you stay in control: you choose the provider and can set spending limits in your provider account.
What counts as one workflow?
One repeatable task done end-to-end, for example turning a raw sales export into a formatted monthly report plus a draft summary email. Packages include 3, 5 or 10 workflows.
What if a feature is not compatible with my setup?
Every order starts with a free compatibility check. Optional features are tested on your machine first; if one cannot work, we drop or swap it — it is never forced on you.
Can I control it from my phone?
Yes, Standard and Premium include Telegram remote control with approval and PIN protection. Sending and other high-risk actions always ask your approval first, unless you deliberately choose Full Control mode.
What do revisions cover?
Fixes and adjustments inside the agreed workflows. A new workflow or a new integration is a new order or an extra.
What support do I get after delivery?
Bug-fix support for 7, 15 or 30 days depending on your package. After that window, maintenance is a separate order.
