Worked on the design and documentation of a commercial daycare/tenant improvement project, preparing and coordinating architectural and MEP construction drawings. My responsibilities included reviewing existing conditions, developing proposed floor plans and architectural modifications, and coordinating plumbing, mechanical/HVAC, and electrical layouts. The project included interior layout modifications, new walls and doors, restroom improvements, plumbing fixtures, water and sanitary systems, HVAC/mechanical layouts, electrical lighting and power plans, and coordination between architectural and MEP disciplines.
