Which file formats do you need from me?
Send your rejected PDF, or your original design file if you have it (Photoshop, InDesign, Canva or Word). Also send the IngramSpark rejection message so I can see exactly what went wrong.
What details do I need to give you?
I need your trim size, page count, paper type (cream or white), and binding type (paperback or hardcover). I use these to calculate the correct spine width and cover size.
Do you fix hardcover dust jackets too?
Yes. I set up the dust jacket with the correct flaps, spine and wrap size for IngramSpark, and I fix hardcover cases as well. Choose the Standard or Premium package.
Can you guarantee IngramSpark will approve my file?
I fix every issue against IngramSpark’s specifications, so your file has the best chance of passing. The final approval is made by IngramSpark, but I will help you resubmit if needed (Premium package).
