- Purchase the order with the pack or quantity of hours agreed on the requirements review. - Access to your org - Relevant documentation from processes, sample reports or data files - If needed, we can create a workspace to share documents
What do you need from me to get started?
Let's connect! We should talk about the scope of the project and requirements. If you know the requirements, I will measure each one and send them to you to review and approve the work + budget. If you don't know them, we can work on discoveries to rise and measure them for a 2nd order
What if something new comes up that was not included in the beginning?
We can do a backlog to register all additional requirements, prioritize the build now or plan it for future, and include them in a new order.
