If you want to use Imagemagick with HEIC support on Ubuntu 20.04 (and 18.04) DigitalOcean, I can help you to install it. It is easy, and you can follow my tutorial on Medium, you just need to know a few linux commands. But if you really need help, or just want me to do it, I can help. I can usually do it quicker than the 5 days specified here, but better to set a generous timescale to fit into my schedule.
