Is your contact list full of duplicates? The same person saved three times with a different spelling, missing phone numbers, and emails that no longer match? Importing it breaks, and emailing it hurts your deliverability.
Send me the file and I will return a clean, consistent list you can actually use.
What I do:
- Remove duplicate rows, matched on email or the column you choose
- Delete empty rows and trim extra spaces
- Standardise emails, names, phone numbers and statuses
- Merge several exports into one list and keep track of where each row came from
- Send you a short change log listing every fix I made
The change log is the part I care about most. You should be able to check my work, not just trust it.

Can you look at my file before I order?
Yes. Send me a message with your file or a sample. I will tell you what can be fixed and how long it will take.
How do you decide two rows are duplicates?
By default I match on email address. If your list has no email column, tell me which column identifies a person (phone, full name, customer ID).
Will you delete my data?
No. I only remove true duplicate rows and blank rows. Every other value stays as it is, and I list every change in the change log.
What happens to rows that are missing information?
I keep them and list them in the change log. I never guess or invent missing values.
Can you merge several exports into one list?
Yes. The Standard package merges up to 5 files and adds a column showing which file each row came from.
Do you work with private or personal data?
I only need a sample to build and test the cleanup. Please mask or replace real emails, phone numbers and names. I delete my working copies after the order is delivered, and I never share or reuse your data.
Which CRM exports can you read?
Any CSV or Excel export. If you are not sure what your tool exports, send a sample and I will check.
What file formats do you accept?
Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV, and exports from Google Sheets.
What if the result is not what you expected?
Open a revision request within your revision count and I will fix it at no extra cost.
Can you also tell me how many duplicates there were?
Yes. Every delivery includes the change log with the original row count, how many rows were removed, and what percentage that is.
