Most Telegram bots on the market are a script that echoes commands. It works for a week, then the person who runs it needs to change a text, add a product or see who wrote in, and nobody can, because everything is hardcoded.
I build bots the other way round: with a database behind them and a web admin panel in front, so the person who runs the bot day to day never needs a developer for routine changes.
WHAT I BUILD
Enquiry and booking bots: a scripted dialogue that collects what you need and drops a clean record into your panel and your team chat.
Catalogue and order bots: categories, items, photos, an order flow, all editable from the panel.
Notification and monitoring bots: scheduled checks that alert a group when a site goes down or a new record appears.
Internal tools that move data between Telegram, Google Sheets, a CRM and your database.
BUILT TO SURVIVE PRODUCTION
Long-running bots fail in boring ways: the process dies at 3am, an API errors mid-run, the disk fills with logs. On Premium the bot ships in Docker with automatic restarts, structured logging and failure alerts.

Python or Node.js?
Either, I work in both. If you have no preference I pick based on the integrations: Python where there is data processing or scraping involved, Node.js where the bot shares code with a website.
Who owns the bot and the data?
You do. The bot token, the server, the database and the source code are all in your accounts. I do not keep a copy running anywhere.
Can it take payments?
Telegram Payments and links to external checkout can be wired in, but I quote that separately after seeing which provider you use. Payment flows need testing against the real account, not a demo.
