I will provide professional mechanical cad design and 3d printing

About this gig
Professional Mechanical CAD Design & 3D Prototyping
Are you looking to bridge the gap between a concept and a functional physical product? I provide professional mechanical engineering support, turning rough sketches, ideas, or broken parts into production-ready designs.
What I Offer:
- Reverse Engineering: Have a broken plastic part that is no longer manufactured? Send me photos or the physical component, and I will recreate a reinforced, durable version.
- Mechanical CAD Design: Expert modeling in SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, and Fusion 360.
- Rapid Prototyping: I dont just design; I produce. With my high-performance Bambu Lab P1S, I print functional prototypes using engineering-grade materials (PETG, ASA, ABS) optimized for structural integrity.
Why Work With Me?
- Engineering student with a focus on DFM (Design for Manufacturing).
- Fast turnaround for local prototypes in Central Alberta.
- Clean, optimized source files (.STEP, .STL, .SLDPRT).
How to Start: Please message me before placing an order! Share your project details, sketches, or 3D files so I can provide an accurate quote for design time and printing.

FAQ
What file formats do you accept?
I prefer .STEP files. If you only have hand sketches or mesh files (OBJ, STL...), that’s fine too—we can discuss the design in the chat.
What materials do you print with?
I specialize in high-performance functional materials like PETG, ASA, and ABS. I generally avoid standard PLA for mechanical components, but I am happy to use it for non-structural prototypes upon request. Advanced fiber-reinforced and specialty engineering materials are also available.
Do you sign NDAs for proprietary designs?
Absolutely. I respect your intellectual property and am happy to sign an NDA if your project is sensitive
