Eric did a nice job on this video. He put it together quickly and did a very smooth read. Although the pacing was a little fast with almost no pauses. While extremely fast, I felt like there could have been a little bit more back and forth ahead of the shoot to ensure the details were worked out in terms of background and the various options.

The final video was good and Eric clearly put a lot of work into the editing and graphics. Unfortunately, the communication and delivery experience was frustrating. The order was marked as delivered and I approved it before realizing the video had not actually been attached. After waiting nearly two...
