About me
Hi, I'm Arthur B, a café R&D lead with 10+ years in specialty coffee. I started behind the bar as a store supervisor and now develop beverages and menus for a multi-brand café chain.
I help cafés and coffee shops create signature drinks that are consistent, fast to make, and profitable. Every recipe comes barista-ready, with exact specs, estimated nutrition facts, food pairings, and cost per cup.
I also analyze menus and pricing to show which items earn money and which don't.
Message me with your concept, and let's build drinks your customers come back for.
