How do I place an order and what information do you need from me?

How do you handle duplicates?
Before any data loads, I run a duplicate scan and give you a written report of every suspected duplicate cluster with a recommended action. You decide whether to merge, keep both, or skip. I never auto-merge records without your sign-off, because that is the single fastest way to lose data you need
Can you migrate from any source system?
If the source system can produce a CSV, an API feed, or a database export, I can migrate from it. Explicit yes for HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Close, Monday CRM, Airtable, and Excel-based CRMs.
What happens if records fail to load?
Every migration runs in stages with rollback points between them. Failed records get written to an error report with the specific validation or schema issue flagged. You review the errors, decide how to handle them, and I reload the corrected records. No failed record gets silently dropped.
How do you handle migrations into a live production org?
I never run a production migration without first validating the process in a sandbox with representative data. The sandbox dry run catches schema mismatches and validation rule conflicts before they touch production. For migrations above 50,000 records, I require a signed rollback plan.
What is included in the post-migration support on the Premium tier?
4 days of support after delivery for issues directly related to the migrated data. This includes reconciliation questions, field value corrections, and help interpreting the migration log
How do you handle urgent migrations?
Data migrations are genuinely time-sensitive when tied to a CRM cutover date, and rushed work here carries real risk. Message me first so I can confirm the scope is deliverable in the compressed window.
