Yes. The contract explicitly forbids dealers from listing on restricted platforms. Most clients use it to send takedown notices that actually work because the language is written by a real attorney, not pulled from the internet.
What’s the difference between the Standard and Premium packages?
Standard gives you the core dealer contract and MAP policy. Premium adds flow-down clauses so your rules apply to anyone your dealers bring in, plus stronger quality control and indemnity sections. Most people scaling past a few dealers go Premium.
Do you need anything from me before you start?
After you order you’ll get a short list of questions – your brand name, current pricing, where you want sales allowed, and any specific rules you want enforced. Takes five minutes. If you have an old agreement, upload it and I’ll make it much stronger.
Is this only for U.S. sellers?
It’s written for U.S. businesses and U.S. law. If you have international dealers we can add those clauses in the Premium package.
Can I use the same contract for every new dealer?
That’s exactly how it’s designed. You get an editable Word file you can reuse. Just change the dealer name and send it. Most of my clients use the same agreement for years.
