No. I don’t write legal texts or give legal advice. I place and link both pages and set up the layout, and you supply the text from a lawyer or a generator such as eRecht24. If you’re unsure what to include, ask me before you order.
Is the site fully GDPR compliant?
I build it GDPR ready. The cookie consent banner is set up, tracking tools only load after a visitor agrees, and forms include a consent checkbox. Final legal compliance depends on your texts and the tools you use, and I’ll flag anything a lawyer should check.
I’m a registered tax advisor. Can you handle the chamber and title details?
Yes. I add the lines for your chamber and professional title to the Impressum layout, and you send me the exact wording. I don’t invent or guess any legal details.
Can the site be in German, English, or both?
Basic and Standard are built in one language, German or English, using the text you send. Premium adds a second language for your Home, Services, and Contact pages. Tell me your languages before ordering.
Do I need to buy Elementor Pro, and who handles hosting?
Yes to the Elementor Pro license, because it must sit on your site so you can keep editing. Hosting and the domain also stay in your name. I recommend EU-based hosting for a German firm, and I can guide you on what to choose.
