FAQ
Are you a counsellor?
No...not yet! I'm training in college here in the UK and will be practicing as a counsellor once I graduate next year.
What's your relationship with mental health?
I was diagnosed with anxiety when I was 15 years old and I've been fortunate to have been able to work through it with counsellors over the years. I have a full understanding of it but have a healthy approach as well
Why should I trust you with my issues?
You don't have to! I'm not doing this gig for any reason other than to help people. I'm deeply passionate about sharing the information I've learnt in my life, as I know how scary it can be to seek answers but having to deal with things by yourself.
How will this be done?
You can either choose to have a session over zoom, or if you're uncomfortable then you can do this over a scheduled time over the messenger chat in Fiverr.
