Make your PDF tables editable while keeping a trail back to the original pages. I will extract readable, selectable text tables, check rows, columns, IDs and numeric fields against the source, and flag unclear cells.
Basic covers 1 PDF with up to 3 pages, 150 rows and 8 columns. Standard covers 1 PDF with up to 5 pages, 250 rows and 8 columns. Premium covers 2 PDFs, each within the Standard limits. You receive CSV, editable Google Sheets and a conversion check report, with source page numbers retained. Two revision rounds cover extraction corrections in the supplied PDFs.

Scanned photos, handwriting, OCR, complex merged cells, password removal and adding new information are outside this service. The source must be readable and use a consistent table layout. Portfolio documents are fictional samples.

Can you process scanned PDFs?
These packages are for selectable text PDFs. Scanned images, handwriting and OCR are outside the scope.
How do I know if my PDF is suitable?
Try selecting the text and send a sample page. The table should be readable and have a consistent row and column layout.
Will the extracted data be checked?
I compare rows, columns, IDs and numeric fields with the source and flag uncertain cells in the check report.
Are all limits applied together?
Yes. The PDF must fit the selected page, row and column limits. Complex merged cells need a separate review.
