I have been in charge of tracking for my company for over 10 years and have worked with the WooCommerce, Shopify, and Magento ecommerce platforms extensively over that time.

I run a web development company in Colorado Springs and look after more than 30 client sites week to week.
Most of my work is WordPress, WooCommerce and Divi. Builds, bug fixes, malware cleanups, speed, and the local SEO that gets small businesses found. I also teach owners how to use AI in their real work, which is now part of how I run my own company.
Before this I was Co-President and CTO of an internet company. Air Force Academy, then a master's in engineering management.

Ernie was really helpful in setting up shop, cart and checkout page. The customization of these was minimal, due to some serious problems on my website and to a specific visual editor which was causing the issues and which Ernie helped a lot in identifying. Communication was always good.
