About this gig
Your operation runs on spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups: nobody knows what is in stock, who did the job or where the package is. I build the web system that fixes it, made for your process instead of a generic tool you have to adapt to.
What I build:
- Inventory and warehouse: requisitions, purchasing, budgets per area, stock alerts
- Maintenance (CMMS): work orders with photos and signature, assets, preventive plans
- Logistics and courier: packages, customs, delivery routes, proof of delivery, billing
- Any internal system that replaces Excel with roles, approvals and reports
How I build it:
- Next.js and React front end, NestJS or Supabase back end, PostgreSQL
- Multi-company SaaS with data isolated per company (row-level security)
- Roles and permissions, audit trail, PDF/Excel/CSV exports
- Docker, CI and deployment to your server or the cloud, with docs

Who owns the code and where does it run?
You do. I deliver the full source code in a Git repository and deploy it to your own server or cloud account (Vercel, a VPS, AWS...). No lock-in and no monthly fee to me unless you want ongoing support.
Can you import my current Excel data?
Yes. I map your spreadsheets (products, customers, assets...) to the new database and include a one-time import, so you start with your real data instead of an empty system.
My project is bigger than these packages. What then?
